This is according to the weather and factors out of our control so this scheduleย mayย change.
Join us at The Gaia Sanctuary for our FEMININE FLOW RETREAT
where you will leave with your heart full and your cup overflowing
ย
ย
As women we feel the need to serve, serve others, your partner, children, friendโs, colleagues etc …so when do we stop & actually serve ourselves?
ย
We cannot serve properly from a cup half full or empty; our cup needs to be overflowing, and we serve from that space, that way we are in full service to ourselves & to others. What we also need to know is that is it not the job or duty of anyone else to full our cup up, we need to know that this power lies within us, it always has, and this is our duty to ensure that we are caring for and nourishing ourselves, to allow our true feminine essence to shine through
ย
This all inclusive weekend retreat starts on Womenโs Day intentionally to remind ourselves of our power, our divine essence, to replenish and nurture our soul, mind, body & hearts
ย
We will share, we will laugh, we will cry, we will hug, we will dance, we will stretch, we will feast, we will love & we will celebrate and remember our Divineness of who we truly are. You will be held in a safe and loving space, where we will start as strangers and finish as Sisters. You will be held and guided by our 4 facilitatorโs; Sarah, Taryn, Rose & Alet. Set at the beautiful & tranquil Gaia Sanctuary, nestled on the Breede River embankment. Women who are on all stages of their journey are welcomed with open arms & hearts, no prior experience of any sort is required.
ย
Momโs & Daughterโs & groups of friendโs are very welcome!
ย
ย
WHEN: 9- 11 August 2024 (Fri 9th Aug is Womenโs Day, a public holiday)
HOW: Ticket price R2000 for the whole weekend.
WHERE: The Gaia Sanctuary, Buffeljagsrivier, Swellendam, WC (2.5hrs drive from CT)
Friday 9th Aug, Womenโs Day, you may arrive from 12pm. We will start with a sharing circle at 1pm, to open our hearts and souls to one another and where we are on our journey, and drop into our tenderness. This will be followed by a heart opening Cacao Ceremony, where you will be guided through a heart and brain coherence mediation, and heart opening mediations and practices. This will help set the vibration for the weekend ahead.
ย
We will then share a nourishing dinner together. And the evening will finish with a Sisterhood song circle around the fire pit, led by Sarah.
On Saturday 10th Aug, our day will begin with a 90 minute Heart centred yoga session, with Rose, where we will stretch love & light into our heart and bodies. After this, we will co-create an Earth mandala and place our sacred prayers into Mother Earth. In the afternoon, we will delve into our White water ceremony, guided by Sarah, where we will all dress in all white as the Divine Goddesses that we are, and we will have discussions on sacred womb wisdom. Followed by a Sisterhood Feast in the evening, and we will end our glorious day with a facilitated conscious dance around the firepit, guided by Rose, to allow our bodies to blissfully move, and allow our feminine expression to flow, movement is a creative form of self expression.
ย
Sunday 11th Aug morning, we will start with brunch. Then we have a 60 minute Sound journey with Alet, with will relax your nervous system and body, and send you into a blissfully calm state. Our beautiful weekend will be concluded with an abundance tea closing ceremony. We aim to be finished by 2/3pm. By the end of the weekend, you will be nourished, restored, connected, your heart will be open & overflowing with love for yourself, and for others.

Welcome to the Resilient Man Adventure Retreat, where we invite you to embrace the flow of life like never before. Our theme, “Go with the Flow,” is inspired by the serene meeting place of the Buffelsjags River and the Breede River in the heart of Swellendam at The Gaia Sanctuary.
Imagine a retreat where you navigate the currents of change with the grace and resilience of a seasoned river rafter. We’ve designed an adventure that mirrors the twists and turns of life itself, where you’ll discover the strength that comes from flowing with the stream, not against it.
ย
Here, you’ll find yourself immersed in the natural beauty of this unique location, where two rivers merge, symbolizing the convergence of your journey with the flow of nature. It’s a powerful reminder that, just as the river adapts to its surroundings, so can you adapt and thrive in the ever-changing currents of life.
ย
Join us for an unforgettable adventure that promises not only thrilling river rafting but also a deeper understanding of resilience, personal growth, and the ability to go with the flow. Get ready to embark on a transformative journey that celebrates the resilient man within you.
